TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Confirmation of the booking:
the booking is confirmed, different accords excepted, if reached in form writing or with letter, or with fax or with e-mail, pointing out all the data and the numbers of the guarantee credit card of the booking. Subsequently, 7 (seven) days before the anticipated date of arrival, the total amount of the stay will come pre-authorize on the suitable credit card.
Conditions of annulment:
- In case of annulment of the booking, the cancellation doesn't involve some debit if effected up to 7 (seven) days before the anticipated date of arrival.
- In case of late cancellation the hotel has the right to hold back the total amount of the stay (already pre-authorize) on the suitable credit card during the booking.
- In case of non-arrival to the fixed date the hotel keeper has the duty to actually preserve la/le stanza/e to the hours 10:00 of the following day to that expectation, besides you/he/she has the right to previously hold back already the total amount of the stay pre-authorize on the suitable credit card during the booking.
- Early departures will be charged for the full reservation.
Check-in: time is after 1pm. Arrangements must be made for check-in after 7pm, or the reservation may be automatically cancelled.
Check-out: time is before 10 am on the day of departure ( room + auto parking )
Payments may be made with cash, debit card, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard, CartaSi, Maestro).
Advance cash payment is required for a one-night stay.
